I have not reinstalled Pushbullet, but I'm wondering if there is something else out there "in the wild" that is known to cause problems with InDesign.
Is there a database of known bad interactions between InDesign (or Adobe products in general) and other, third-party software? I ask this because I had a different problem a year or so ago, the solution to which turned out to be removing the "Pushbullet" web browser plugin. Indesign cc 2015 windows 7 crashing update#
Is there any way to revert to a previous version of a CC app? This behavior seems to have appeared only after the most recent update, and has not appeared on a machine on which the latest InDesign update has not been applied. Sadly, after reinstalling the Creative Cloud manager, and using it to reinstall InDesign, I see the same behavior. Here are the symptoms: The Welcome screen is very (very, very) slow to load, sometimes more than 5 minutes The 'CC Libraries' tab flashes constantly, b. This is on a Windows 7 Professional 64-bit system. If the boss decides to keep the subscription, Ill wait until a few months after 2016 is released to see if the situation improves. Since the most recent InDesign CC update, when I open InDesign it never seems to finish loading.
Kinda sad when a program cant keep up with my slow- typing. This suggestion gave me hope, and I uninstalled InDesign (though the CC manager app), hand-deleted the leftover preference and cache files, and then uninstalled the Creative Cloud manager app itself using the CC Cleaner Tool. ID 2015 is still slow as molasses regardless of my settings or preferences. I also notice that there are now *two* "Adobe CEF Helper.exe *32" processes running at all times.Īny ideas? I'm dead in the water with InDesign and can't work at all. (At least I never noticed this feature before.) This *appears* to have happened after the "CC Libraries" feature was added.
Deleting the preference files and cache. Logging out of and back into my Adobe account. InDesign is entirely unsuable in this state I can close the app from the Windows Close button (X in the upper right corner of the application window) but not any other way. I have: newest AMD GPU driver, Windows 8.1 with newest Updates, newest Creative Cloud Client (2.1.1.110) and with CC 2014 everything worked well. The "wait" cursor (little spinning blue ring) flashes on and off constantly Hello Friends, when I start Photoshop CC 2015 (or Illustrator or InDesign CC 2015) It starts but while starting it crashes. Trying to select a menu causes it to flash briefly and disappear. The "CC Libraries" tab flashes constantly, but never loads any content. The Welcome screen is very (very, very) slow to load, sometimes more than 5 minutes. Indesign cc 2015 windows 7 crashing drivers#
Earlier versions of the drivers have not been approved by Microsoft.

Premiere Pro: Users must update to an NVidia driver version 472.12 or later on Windows 11. Intermittently unable to switch to other applications when CEP panels are open in InDesign.
This is on a Windows 7 Professional 64-bit system. InDesign: InDesign may not support all Win 11 display features and UI elements. Since the most recent InDesign CC update, when I open InDesign it never seems to finish loading.
